「The room and bathroom were clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Some body lotion in the bathroom would have been good and access to wifi.」

「This is our most favourite hotel .. we love it here」

「There was no noise」

「Bed base dirty And was just to single bed pushed together」

「Friday night sing along right below room. Cleaner not present all the time. Bathroom was across the hall and was cleaned once. Windows were single pane and one lock broken Breakfast was Friday to Sunday only and expensive for what you got.」

「Absolutely superb staff extremely helpful and accommodating, i am deaf and although the hotel does not have a Deafguard the evening shift manager confirmed the night staff would be aware of my additional needs requirement. The hotel is let down by the main owners OYO group who do not seem to invest in their hotels as with many of their group they are in need of a freshen up.」

「The welcome at reception was virtually non existent. Our stay started on a low. Some corridor areas were untidy, dirty cloth left on the floor for most of the day. Our room was good, clean and comfortable. The TV tuning was set to the 1970s which meant we couldn't access many channels. Would have liked water and a couple of glasses in the room and more milk pods. The staff in the restaurant were efficient and friendly and food delicious. Breakfast was great.」

「Great property and wonderful staff. Wish we could have stayed longer.」

「very friendly staff but old equipment. Felt some strange smell in the room.」
