The hotel contacted police, who declined to act. Staff apologized, but no concrete measures followed. Though insurance was mentioned, I’ve had no follow-up. The fact that both rooms were accessible suggests the perpetrator was internal. Without accountability, I fear recurrence. This hotel is unsafe. Avoid it.
