「It was as nice as our memory of our first stay, when the sun shines there is only one place to be - on the terrace. Having said that it is very comfortable to be inside. It is a very friendly place to be to enjoy Cornwall.」

「Great position. Our room overlooked the harbour so we had great views. The room was spacious and nicely furnished. It’s close to the main streets as well so ideally situated. Breakfast was great really tasty and ample. We would stay again for sure.」

「Lovely old inn within minutes' walk of the town pubs and eateries. Be aware though, the shortest route is via the steep steps aptly called 'Jacob's ladder' across the road. Hotel staff were very friendly, incredibly friendly towards the dogs making it the perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable and a good breakfast. Will stay again.」

「I had a fantastic couple of days in Falmouth staying at Membly Hall Hotel whilst settling my daughter into the local university. My room was spacious and immaculate, the staff were welcoming and very friendly, and the included breakfast ranged from continental style to full English. I sat in the sea facing sun room for a few hours and enjoyed a sandwich platter from the bar menu. Happy to recommend this hotel for solo travel, as it was really comfortable and friendly.」

「This was our second day at the hotel. It was a delight to meet with staff members who remembers us from last year. Everyone is very friendly. The atmosphere is one of calm and professional bar staff and restaurant staff providing good quality service. Our room was well maintained and it’s obvious that the Hotel is undergoing some amazing refurbishment but this does not impact on standards. We look forward to coming back later in the year.」

「We’ve stayed at Anacapri several times and never been disappointed. It’s perfectly situated for both beach and town, easy parking on-site and a good, hearty breakfast too. It’s always my first choice of places to stay when we visit our son at the University. Very highly recommended.」

「Very nice property, beautiful views of the beach and lake from the property, nice garden area to sit and relax. Parking for two cars was really helpful. Truro and Falmouth were good places to visit. Trelissick Garden National Trust was also a good place to visit, especially if you are National trust members, the gardens there are beautiful. 」
