My room was clean, spacious, and exactly what I needed for a perfect stay in Chicago. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the customer service. Damazo, who checked me in, went above and beyond. He was professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind — the kind of hospitality that instantly makes you feel valued as a guest. "I had a really great stay at Hotel Riu Plaza Chicago overall. The location was honestly one of the best parts, it’s perfectly situated and close to so many attractions, restaurants, and things to do. Everything I planned during my trip was within easy reach, which made getting around super convenient and stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt modern and welcoming. The staff was also pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. If I had to rate the breakfast, I’d say it was mid, not bad, but nothing particularly memorable. It got the job done, but it wasn’t a highlight of the experience. That said, the stay itself was great, and I truly enjoyed my time there. I’d definitely recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a hotel in a prime Chicago location."

The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen came with complete tools and supplies, making it easy to prepare my own meals. Bathroom: The spacious shower and bathroom were luxurious and perfect for relaxing after a long day. View: The view from my accommodation was perfect and absolutely breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. Location: The prime location is a huge plus, as it’s close to all the downtown spots, making it easy to explore the city.
