"Good location and mostly everything was kind of just average — took about 15 min to check in BUT check out was <1 min. Need to make it up a couple of stairs with your luggage to get in the lobby. Elevator wait could take a few minutes but nothing too bad. Room was large and nice view but there was no closet or anything to hang clothes with/on. The shower has a shower curtain which wasn’t very hygienic. They clean every 3 days and they call it a “unique hotel experience”. It was nice that every night if we needed water the main desk has bottles. Overall, it’s just very average. It was nice enough, clean enough, good enough."

"The staff was excellent, Oddy, Tucker,Chrismay Mohammad was very nice and Oddy took the time to change my room from a view of the street to the Falls when he could. The Hot tub was hot and the pool was nice. It was great to have a free cup of coffee or tea in the morning. I had easy access to the Falls behind the hotel.. I would definitely stay there again."
