"Basic budget hotel. For a $50-80 more you could get a better hotel with basic amenities such as toiletries, bathrobe and slippers. Lobby bar was well stocked and bartender was lovely. Staff is great, rooms are clean and worth a stay if you get it for around $200 a night. "

"Overall, an okay experience. A broken elevator made travel times extra long. Rooms lacked real HVAC control, our room was super warm (24 celsius) and turning on the AC to cool the room did nothing. Our room had a lot of wear and tear like peeling wall paper, signs of water damage in the bathroom and dirty walls. Parking staff were super friendly and helpful but the cost of parking was absurd. Hotel location is great and nice to walk around. Pool was great for kids."

"Clean facility"

"The location of the hotels right in the village is SO convenient! Our kids loved exploring and we loved being able to pop back into the hotel room as needed. Our room was clean and all kitchenette items were in order; this was really handy for breakfasts, lunches, and snacks in the room. Our room was located near the square so we could hear the DJ the one night but his set ended in good time for bedtime, thankfully! The bed was clean but not the most comfortable. The mattress was quite firm and pillows were quite floppy, until we asked for extra pillows that were much better. The bedding left something to be desired. Any movement made was loud, sheets were rough, and the 3 layers of sheets, duvet, sheet made it a tangled mess after one night. The kids slept on the pull out and we described it as sounding like, "two raccoons trying to find their way out of a paper bag" as the sheets and bed were so noisy and firm. Hot tub was nice and clean and hot - as one of the neighbouring tubs wasn't as warm our friends reported. Parking was handy too, especially being underground. Overall we were happy with the price/value of the stay. "

"Maybe next time you provide towels for the guests, please ensure that the towels are clean and don’t have blood stains and women’s makeup stains. We were not able to use 2 of the 4 towels for a family of 4."
