"We loved our stay at Palmers Lodge in our ensuite bunk bed room. The building is amazing, the staff were friendly, our bunk beds were super comfortable, our belongings were safe in our room, we were close to the tube. Towels and sheets and tea/coffee makings were provided.The bar/restaurant downstairs was super handy , the lounge areas were pleasant and comfortable. We were able to store our luggage after checking out for a small fee."

"It was okay. In terms of the area, it's amazing. Very central. The British Museum is 10 min walk from it. We got to do a lot without using the tube much, which is always nice. In terms of the facilities and personnel, the mattress was uncomfortable & the guy in the breakfast room a bit rude. I guess for the price it's okay, but not brilliant."

"My partner and I spent three nights here for the festival, and it's a clean student accommodation. The good thing is the reception is 24 hours, and the room is clean. Also, it's a walking distance to the most sightseeing spots in Edinburgh. However, the twin bed is difficult for two adults even though I am small. The window is not easy to open, so it's a bit warm in summer. There is no soundproofing in the room, so that you can hear a lot of noise from people slamming the doors all night and...

"This is student accommodation that turns into a bed and breakfast over the summer. For me this meant that I had a private room close to central london for the price of a hostel bed. The building, the rooms, the bathrooms are quite old. However, it didnt really bother me since I was staying there only for one night. It was quite loud at night as its located in a busy area. "Hostel is in an excellent location to explore Bath city centre by foot with children. There were many more facilities available than those listed on Hotels.com website including fridge, kettle & hob for self-catering and a gym. Take your own towel."

"First thing that made me go wow was how beautiful the hostel was. The ambient lights were a good touch. My oh my the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hostel. The lockers are very good and easy to use, safe and secure. The staffs were super friendly and were always willing to help me out. It is an amazing hostel suitated in a prime location with quick access to both central station and queens Street rail station. If you're Canadian like me there a Tim Hortons."

"Stayed here for five nights and loved it! Our room was spacious, clean, had a microwave, washer/dryer and basically everything you might need for your stay. The only thing I did not like about the property was the bathroom… I wish they had shower curtains instead of just a glass partition that doesn’t really prevent the water from getting out of the bath tub when you shower. Also, a step stool to get in the tub would be nice since the tub is quite high."
