「everything about this property was lovely. only thing, kids could find the gaming console (not that i minded lol) and the ad made it sound like the pool was just outside but infact its a small stroll down the road. still enjoyed our swim etc but was one of the deciding factors to stay here when we thought the pool was right there. "スタッフのみなさまがとても親切でした。レセプションカウンターとお部屋が別の棟でしたが、エレベーターも乗り換えるまでスーツケースを運んでくださり、とても感謝してます。タオルも毎日交換していただき、ベッドも整えてくれました。なんといっても立地が最高で、レストラン（食事）に囲まれており、公共のプールも目の前でとても充実した滞在でした。マリーナにも近いため、滞在先にして良かったです。 "

"3泊しました。結構日本語使えます。部屋は清潔で十分な広さがあります。プールは３つのうち１つしか場所がわかりませんでしたが、広く半日遊べます。フロントでタオルを貸してくれるので、プールや海に行く際は声をかけてみてください。ハンガーはクローゼットから取り出せないタイプなので水着を乾かしたい場合は持っていくことをお勧めします。ケアンズの中心地からは距離がありますが、海沿いの道は良い散歩道です。ケアンズは治安も良いので、夜でも歩けます。ただし、ホテルの周りに店がないのは要注意です。フロントにウォーターサーバーがあるため水には困りませんし、毎日ではありませんが、ホテル内にお店があり薬等も買えます。アメニティに歯ブラシがないのと、清掃が結構遅めなので遊んで戻ってきても清掃が入ってなかった日があったのが残念でした。"
