"Super comfy, but there was a light that did not turn off inside my room. Thankfully the staff were able to fix this for the 2nd night. The iPad in the room to order room service didn’t work either. "

"Room very small, hotel very busy, there was no where to sit out and have a glass of wine, poolside cafe only. Our room was very small and sheets stained badly. Would have been ok for one night but I was sad I had to spend 3 days there. Travelling so seeing many hotels "

"The staff was great, but the location is even better. If you’re looking to do a snorkeling tour it’s a simple walk to the harbor. Also, because there are no great beaches nearby. The lagoon right nearby is perfect for swimming and the water temperature was wonderful. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Cairns"
