"Staff were great, we took our dog with us (as we have several times before) the cleanliness of the room was ok but not immaculate."

"Excellent stay at The Swan - a beautiful hotel in a stunning location right on the edge of the River Thames. The Boathouse pub was a super addition to the hotel, and dinner at Coppa Club was superb. Incredibly welcoming to our dog too. We will be back!"
