"The hotel itself was unclean, both in the room and hallways including the breakfast area. We have stayed here a few times over the years and this time noticed the difference. The smell was terrible, like urine. It’s really been neglected. We did not enjoy our stay and will not be coming back. "

"The night staff need more training on customer service and how to properly solve a customer problem, i stayed over a extra night and got no clean towels bathrooms didn’t get clean bed not changed and meaning not made up trash didn’t get picked up out room meaning trash can I stayed a total of 3 night, but will not be returning again I gave them the benefit of the doubt when the first incident happened and then the second one in the same stay I’m done and I really liked the hotel."

"We didn’t stay. Called multiple times to confirm room and reservation yet no one mentioned any of the construction happening all over the hotel. Wasn’t told until arrival that breakfast wasn’t available and the pool was closed. Offered no discount, just a refund of the deposit. Which I only received half of.. only good star was for the sweet woman at reception who was obviously embarrassed for the company. "

"Ocean view from window but balcony access was toward parking lot. Most staff has English as second language so it can be difficult to communicate. Building in severe need of updating bathrooms on tides building are tiny. "

"Absolutely unacceptable experience. Not only did someone break into our hotel room during our stay—which is a serious safety concern—but the staff showed a complete lack of urgency and professionalism afterward. On top of that, I had to ask THREE separate times for extra towels and never received them. I eventually had to go out and spend my own money at Target just to have basic necessities. Between the security failure and the poor service, I would not recommend staying here to anyone. This place needs major improvements in both guest safety and customer service."

"I will most DEFINITELY stay here again the staff is friendly especially Annie so welcoming made our stay feel right at home she gave us coupons to amenities in the area and great eating places she’s so sweet the room was clean and house keeping was great with bringing items before we asked beds were comfy just a 10/10 I highly recommend "
