    Very rude lady at the front desk. We had a miscommunication on our booking and she immediately started scolding us about how we should be gone by now, and was being very hateful and trying to argue. As someone who works in customer service, I am never EVER rude and I have never met somebody this rude, especially when we are paying (too much) to stay here. Piece of the faucet was completely broken off, the place smells, the dishes are dirty, shower head is dirty, and the bed feels like sleeping on a rock. Would have left a better review had the lady up front not been so incredibly rude. Don’t even waste your time on this place!

    The staff seemed rude and seemed to have attitude. Asked for a clean towel and was questioned for it. Left my "throw" in the hotel room and when I called back for it no one said they had ever seen it. However, I remember leaving it on the bed and forgot to go back for it. People were constantly hanging out around the hotel, which made me feel uneasy. When initially arriving told the clerk that the oval lights with the globe was not working (they were, the light switch worked the opposite way) and the clerk snapped and popped her lips.

    I was not able to actually stay at the hotel. My reservation was apparently cancelled, and I was never notified by either Expedia or the hotel itself. I arrived in town only to find I actually had no hotel room, and then had to drive around for several hours to find a place to stay. I am EXTREMELY displeased with this situation. As of this moment I plan to NEVER use Expedia again. I plan to tell anyone who will listen that reservations made on Expedia are not trustworthy. I plan to post on all of my social media accounts that a person has no real way to rectify a situation like this if it should happen to them. I may wait to see if I can get any sort of response about this situation from any real person as opposed to simple automated emails from Expedia. I'll be willing to bet that I will never hear from an actual customer representative. If so, both Expedia and the Suburban Extended Stay Hotel have seen the last of my money, as I will never use either of them again.

    El hotel esta siendo renovado. Asi que tienen las habitaciones recien pintadas. Pero todo el mobiliario, accesorios y demas son muy pero muy viejos. La cama estaba bien, muy comoda para descansar.

    Budget Friendly Hotel-Room Smelled of Smoke

    This is a budget friendly hotel, so I knew what I was getting into. But I didn't realize it's right on the main road, so I heard quite a bit of traffic at night. My frustration was my room smelled like smoke. The front desk worker said all the rooms are non-smoking. The hotel was full and there were no rooms to move into. It was just one night, so I was able to manage. But no one wants a room smelling like smoke. The bedsheets and pillows were less than desirable

    The bed was worn out and very uncomfortable. Pillows were flat and worn out. Top sheet had cigarette burn hole in it. Hotel smell like weed. Not a good experience when you can pay the same price elsewhere. The only good thing was the room space with stove and refrigerator.
