    Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
    The whole process was very smooth. Phillip was very attentive and then Severine took care of the check in and any needs while at the apartment. She was always very fast to answer what is always appreciated. The parking was at the premises what was a plus. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
