「The property was advertised, however, there was a huge homeless population in the area and in front of the building. Due to the outside population, at times the ladies with us felt a bit unsafe. We recognize that is not a controllable. What was more unnerving was the remote didn't have batteries se we couldn't operate the TV in the living room. Roaches on the counters and in the rooms was gross. Just didn't expect that.」

「The condo was nice but it lacked a good cleaning. The master bathroom had mold in the shower and Hair in the drain.Bathmats had not been washed. The carpet was stained and not vacumed. Trash from previous tenants was left in bags on garage floor. Overall experience was disappointing. 」
