「Stayed for 4 days mid April 2026. Super clean apt, in the proximity to all the TCU events (for what we signed up for), 5 mins drive Neighborhood Walmart to cater your cooking needs (or 10 mins to Supercenter), super fast internet, greet communication with the host. They even provided few additional items that we asked on our second day. I think the price is on the little high end and can be adjusted based on the number of days of stay. 「My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights and we were both very happy with our stay. It’s a really nice place, with ample space for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the staples like olive oil, coffee and sugar, and ice! There were also nightlights. The entire place was just super comfortable with soft throw pillows and throw blankets (love) and great decor! I felt very at home here. It was clean and the location is convenient, especially for where we were going and for some touristy things....

「Icy slippery parking lot, sidewalk, and metal stairs. Several notices that cleaning needs time with strict hours but the oven was filthy inside. Filled with large amounts food/crumbs. Also forced to take out our own trash or face fees」
