"We stayed here because of a medical appointment at hospital. Upon getting to our room our tv would not work. Front desk Staff tried to get it working and were unable to . She immediately switched our room and apologized the whole time. She was very polite,caring and accommodating. A tv not working is not the end of the whole however having to stay in the room for a long period of time it was kinda nice to have one that worked 😉"
