グランド トラバース ディストリクト ホテル

「The staff were great」

「Good」

「駐車場も広く、ゆったり過ごせます」

「Beds were very clean & comfortable. The cleaning staff were very helpful, but the desk staff were not very knowledgeable. The overall hotel looked as if it was under renovation & wasn't as clean as I had expected. Only 1 elevator was operating during our 4 night stay. Ice machine on our floor was out of order the entire stay.」

「Marissa the general manager and Gina with housekeeping made the stay enjoyable. Very professional and hospitable.」

「One of the best Comfort Inns I have stayed at for sure very nice breakfast was great room was excellent staff was great」

「This hotel was one of the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Front service is ready nice and kind, and wifi service is steady all day. If I have an opportunity to visit around this area, I'd like to stay this hotel again.」

「Pets welcome was a huge asset for us. The very large apartment style rooms with a full kitchen was also great. My husband likes the outdoor patio area with gas fireplace and 2 large grills available. We were there fir a wedding weekend and it worked so well for our large family group staying onsite.」

「Room smelled, floor dirty, nasty food in the kitchen sink, burnt holes in the sheets and blanket.」
