Its always comfortable when i stay the only problem i had was that the entry door to the hotel there was people putting rocks to keep the door from locking then they was people with dogs just coming in standing in sitting in the hallways

All I can say is that the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were incredibly nice. I appreciate the people who keep this hotel going. Very kind and outgoing folks! Bed was all we needed for a few hours of sleep and the bed was great!

Family stay for church festival

The rooms were comfortable and the staff was always friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint was the internet had to be signed into several times a day during our week long stay - every time we went out and came back in and also first thing in the morning.

Great price point & it's clean, safe, and comfy.

Room was updated, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Excellent stay especially at this price point. After reading the reviews I made sure that I stopped at a gas station and used their ATM to withdraw $100 ($2 fee + my bank's fee) so I would have my deposit in cash. Seemed like that is all everyone was complaining about so I gambled that the room would be okay... SO glad I did!

Decent hotel, rough part of town

The staff was courteous and the room was pretty decent, be forewarned though that the area where the hotel is located is kind of sketchy so it's not the safest stay you'll have. On about the third or fourth day of my stay there was an incident in the lobby where during the night a glass door was shattered, luckily I was in my room woth the door secured so didn't notice until I left in the morning to visit family(which is why I was on the trip. Overall if you're travelling solo and are cautious of your surroundings this can be a good inexpensive hotel to stay at, if you are travelling with your family I'd consider a hotel in a safer part of town.

The hotel clerk was nice. We had a little confusion with the reservation but we laughed n worked it out. I wasn't too sure how the room would look being that the hotel is obviously being remodeled but once I opened the door to my room I was extremely satisfied. I'm all about cleanliness n that's exactly what I walked into. I would definitely reserve at this hotel in the future

Hot tub not in functional order. (Not made aware at either booking or check-in) we would not have booked if we knew. By the time we found out it was too late. Floor in hallway dirty. Like dryer lint or something all over. We were close to the Landry room. Noticed multiple windows broken. One at the end of the hallway and another in a 2nd floor room. Towels were small. No soap in room at all!!! Not a bar, nothing in the dispensers. Nothing. The room was clean. It will be very unlikely we will have a repeat stay.

Bed was comfortable, but not sure if we had clean sheets, phone cord cut, told staff, and her answer was, “do you need it?” No breakfast available. Had to ask for a coffee, but the desk clerk made it. I read other reviews, and thought the people were overreacting…they weren’t it was DIRTY!

Comfy beds but not pretty appearance

The beds were super soft and comfortable. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and around the faucet. Also lots of unfinished things around the hotel - bathroom light not done (but worked), fire sprinkler in bathroom not properly sealed off so sure there was way more mold above the ceiling, outlets with no covers/plates, trims, paint, etc. The pool area was not really clean but the pool water and hot tub were. Our cards also stopped working the morning we were leaving (around 8am) despite it not being checkout time yet. Made packing up kind of annoying.

We were coming in late for a quick overnight stay. We were greeted by friendly staff. After confirming our reservation, we were informed we needed $100 cash for a damage deposit. Entering our room, the thermostat was not working, the fire alarm was hanging from the wall by wires, and the room and bedding smelled like marijuana. The hotel advertised a breakfast but that was not available, not even hot water. I believe this is the last time we will stay at a Baymont hotel.
