「Par la porte donnant sur le corridor on voit la lumière du corridor ce qui résulte de manque d’insonorisation la cafetière n’avait pas été nettoyé, Le personnel à l’accueil est très bien Le déjeuner compris est très copieux mais les heures de la salle à manger convient plus pour les travailleurs que pour les gens en vacances」

「Les jeux d’eaux sont brisés depuis 6 ans qu’on ma dit. Je l’ai appris rendu sur place...en me fesant repondre comme si jetaus idiote de vouloir des jeux d’eau fonctionnels. La chambre etait sale. Avec des petites taches de sang sur le couvre lit et les murs sales. J’ai voulu canceller mais on n’a pas accepter de me rembourser. Expedia m’a proposer 75$ si je cancellair la chambre pour une autre location... plus jamais.」

「I was worried when we pulled up and saw the outside. I was pleasantly surprised at the room. Very clean, bed was comfortable」

「Room was ok. We had truck and utility trailer so parking was limited. Staff did direct us to the parking area next door who were ok with units parking there. Restaurants were close by. The breakfast area was seriously undersized. We took some plates to our room.」

「The staff was sleeping upon arrival at 5pm, the room was very dirty, stain curtains, greasy bathroom mirror, dirt in the bath, light not working, cant plug it in since the cord didnt resch the oulet, you also have to be very strong to open the patio door, needs work. We also had an emergency and we went to the reception to annonce we had to leave, when expedia called, they did not want to reimburse at least 50% stating we did not advise we we're leaving and that he couldnt re rent the room.
