"The room we booked wasn't available so we were given a room with a sink that had no water and it was broken. The breakfast food choice was poor and was not worth the price. We are handicapped and had to park across the street with paid parking while the hotel free parking lot was not mentioned to us. We were able to see it from our room and there were many slots available. Probably won't stay here again. "

"Stayed for 2 nights. VERY outdated! Cleaning service forgot to make our beds. Not clean, the floors were slippery (felt greasy). Would not recommend staying here. "

"The room was quiet and comfortable. Nice firm mattress. Hot tub was clean and hot, but the wall control panel is on the verge of giving out. I hope management will fix it BEFORE it stops working altogether. Staff was caring and helpful. I would like to see house keeping focus on details a little closer. Tops of hanging lights in the lobby are dirty and visible from second floor when waiting for the elevator. Corners and edges of the elevator floor had build up debris. Entry door to the pool could use a deep clean and polish. We had a nice stay for a better price than some of fancier places in the area. I can tell that the staff care and appreciate their efforts to keep up with the maintenance. "

"Room was adequate. No bugs and was clean for the most part. Several cosmetic issues on our end. Broken door latch, cracked floor tile, the tub drain was broken and didn’t drain well at all as well as some cracks on the tub floor. The elevator was also very sketchy, and the latest inspection posted is from 2019 with specific highlights to mandatory upgrades required by 2020. The keys to our room also didn’t work when we got there but the staff fixed it in a prompt manner. "
