"マネージメントレベルの方々が、宿泊客と親しげに対応してくれているホテルです・・。これって、他のホテルでは見かけない（か、そのような事は余程の顧客で無いとしないのかは？？ですが）特徴的な事かな・・。それとプールエリアの顧客サービスがとりわけ良いと思います。"
