We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was varied and excellent quality. The room was spacious and comfortable and the facilities were good too.

Friendly staff who often went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Highlights were the massage and sporting facilities, suggestions for improvement would probably be that the food was a bit average

Lovely part of the Island.

It was wonderful. All the staff were amazing & food delicious. Preferred our previous room where we had a door into the en suite. The privacy curtain wasn’t really big enough (or soundproof!). But all that aside we had a fabulous time & will return.

A great 3.5 star hotel with excellent service. The people working there really wanted you to have a good time and served to all needs and wishes. Very accommodating. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. Also the pool was great but not heated so too cold to swim in. But since this period is not so hot it was ok, nevertheless it would be nice to take a swim in a warmer pool. Enough sun beds for all guests. A very nice hotel, nice and well kept grounds and great staff.

Wonderful stay at Coin de mire attitude

The hotel and it's staff were very friendly and helpful. They planned a special dinner for us one evening and treated us to a free couples massage as it was our honeymoon trip. They also set the table nicely and made a special cake for my husband as it was his birthday during our stay. The free activities also kept us entertained. The glass bottom boat rides and snorkeling trips are amazing. The paid catamaran trip is also completely worth it. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

3star hotel ??? really

This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. The room is dated and could do with a makeover. The pool was dirty and the plastic tumbler we were given to have our drinks at the poolside had a rancid smell. Although the dinner buffet had a large variety of dishes, none of them were great, just ok. Our pool towel had a gaping hole. Terrible

Neue gepflegte Anlage mit hervorragenden Essen. Schöner Strand gegenüber der Anlage (über die Straße) erreichbar. Glassbottomboat, SUP, Trettboot & Kajak inkl. vom Hotel. Taxistand vor dem Hotel hat doppelte Preise aufgerufen und auch der Wechselkurs im Hotel war deutlich teuerer als am ATM. Überschaubare Anzahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants außerhalb des Hotels vorhanden, wenn man etwas Wehstrecke in Kauf nimmt.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und gemütlich angelegt. Vor allem die Mahlzeiten am Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Die abendliche Lifemusik ist sehr abwechslungsreich und stimmungsvoll. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Hotel qualitatif , propre ,joliment aménagé a dimension humaine loin des ''monstres 4 et 5 étoiles '' qualité de l'accueil , amabilité et gentillesse du personnel cuisine gouteuse et variée ( nous étions en demi pension pendant 10 j ) , pour notre part chambre tranquille car a l'opposé de la piscine et du bar , bien que le passage des bus se ressentent, mais on s'habitue très vite jolie petite plage et décor de rêve en traversant la rue en face de l'hôtel , mais difficile de s'y baigner ( pas de fonds , algues , rochers ) , préférez Péreibere ,Grand Baie ou mieux la plage de Mont Choisy , 130 roupie par personne en Bus ( 15mn ) bref , que du plaisir facile et extrêmement apaisant Taxi pour GBaie , entre 300 et 400 roupies , 600 a 700 pour MChoisy , parfois 800 pour Goodman le change a l'aeroport est le plus interressant , actuellement 1 € = 48 roupies

Bonjour, Nous avons passé notre voyage de noce dans cet hôtel durant 8 jours. Accueil parfait, digne d’un palace! la chambre est très grande et propre. L’hôtel est magnifique de la piscine, au bar en passant par la zone de restauration. Un grand merci à Nitin pour les conseils donnés pour bien visiter l’île, toutes les attentions apportées et le temps qu’il a passé avec nous. Merci a Vish pour les fruits de mer 😉. Virkelig et dejligt hotel!

Uforglemmelig uge! Vi følte os meget velkomne, intet problem var for småt - vi blev hjulpet med et smil, og følte os aldrig til besvær. Vildt lækker mad! God pool og rigtig fine aktiviteter. Dejligt at der var gratis udlån af strandhåndklæder. Pænt og hyggeligt hotel. Meget familievenligt og hotellet skaber rammerne for en dejlig og afslappet ferie.

Etape de 3 jours au nord de l'ile

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter le nord de l'ile. Les chambres sont agréables et bien tenues. La plage de l'autre côté de la route n'est pas la meilleure de l'ile, il faudra aller vers mont choisy pour avoir un cadre paradisiaque. Le buffet du restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que l'on pourrait espérer pour ce type d'hôtel.

An fantastic experience with a local touch !

Coin de Mire was a surprisingly amazing hotel. We didn't expected that much of a service, when we booked our 3 nights stay. They had 2 beautiful pools, one of them is surrounded by too many palm trees, swimming in it feels magical. Next to the pool the have a food truck that sells delicious local food like roti or bajis for 1-2$. We prefered the streets food over the main restaurant at the entrance. Thanks Leena for the introduction to street food! Next to the Food-Truck, they offer a dining experience where they only serve a local food fusion with a fine dining experience. Looks very cosy, tastes delicious. It was the best dining experience we had in Mauritius for our 2 weeks stay. The rooms are big, cosy, and felt luxurious compared to the other hotels way stayed at. They offer various activities through out the day on site ...cooking classes, rum tasting, stand up paddling, yoga..depending on the weekday. The location is great enough to discover the island by car. the beach is right across the hotel, it's not a nice one, but it gives you a great view. Coin de Mire is a hotel we would book again any day! We felt like getting spoilt. Thanks Vishal for making us feel special.

Fabulous hotel

Trip was awesome, hotel was lovely, clean and staff were brilliant. The only thing we didn’t realise was that the hotel was across the road from the beach, this wasn’t really an issue as it was only a very short walk over the road, it was just was surprise it wasn’t within the grounds of the hotel.
