The pools and spa are clean and so luxurious. The staff is so helpful and friendly and accommodating. Sabina and Camilla at the front desk were particularly helpful and good to us. We were lucky enough to have dinner in the Fondue Hut which was a very special and delicious experience, made even more special with incredible service from Federico. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to come back soon. "

"From the pickup at the train station until we were taken back to the train station 3 days later, everything was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located and clean. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice full breakfast and we had dinner there two nights as well. Also very good. Highly recommend!"
