「Excellent customer service 」

「Honestly it was a good hotel for the price! The staff was amazing, especially considering that our stay was so last minute. We came in looking for a safe place during Isaias, and even though the lobby was closed originally, when we called ahead to see if they had any way to allow us to go ahead and book for the night, the gentleman was kind enough to leave what I can only assume was his own room to unlock the lobby and was willing to even help us book then. We didn’t get to try the breakfast but...

「I stay here often for work and I always enjoy my stay and find it very comfortable and pleasing.」

「Don’t stay here! Nothing works and it is not maintained. Coffee maker in the room brewed but brewed chunks. Powder creamer was rock hard bc it was old. Very loud road, bring ear plugs. Traffic and semis are heard all night. Room was attempted to be rehabbed but it was a horrible job. Room was so humid and we couldn’t figure out how to reduce the humidity, I’m sure there’s a build up of mold somewhere in the rooms. Stay somewhere else.」

「The room was really clean. Staff were helpful. We sat in the launch after checking out as we had a meeting to attend before we leave and the staff were really nice about it. Felt like breakfast could have more options though.」

「Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Our stay was fine, but nothing special. The shower was weak and had a loose cover plate on the tub faucet (rm 207). The room and the entire hotel smelled heavily of perfume maybe? Or an air freshener that made me think they were trying to hide something. The coffee was good, but I wasn't a fan of the food. Overall just good.」

「Hotel was clean and neat. The staff were friendly」

「Very nice place」

「Great staff who was super helpful and nice. My only issue was breakfast was not included and a very pricey add on for what was available.」

「### ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 Stars – Disappointing Stay, Room Needs Maintenance My overall stay was average at best. While the hotel had some positives, several issues made the experience less enjoyable than expected. The food was bland and lacked flavor. The shower experience was horrible, and the bathroom clearly needed maintenance. The main bathtub faucet was hanging out of the wall, and the bottom portion of the bathroom door was falling apart. These are things that should have been addressed before...

「The bathroom door would not close at all. Pillow on bed was the size of a throw pillow. The breakfast was so bad. You wouldn’t feed this food to your dogs. But the place was real clean.」

「We were completing a 10 day motorcycle road trip and stayed at several hotels. This hotel was the best of all. The property was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. The front desk staff gave us recommendations on places to visit and provided directions and literature. The lobby, halls, elevator and room were very clean and bright. The pool area was also very clean. The breakfast was excellent and offered various choices. Highly recommend this hotel!」
