「The property is absolutely top-notch. The location is STUNNING!! My only problem was, being a person with mobility issues (I walk with a cane), I didn't realize that there were over 50 steps down to reach the property. 「Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! 」

"ケーブルカー駅の目の前！ 重たいスーツケースを持っていても、すぐにルガーノ駅に到着できます。 午前中に到着しましたが、フロントスタッフは快くチェックインを許してくれ、部屋に入ることが出来ました。 ホテルは様々な観光にアクセスが良く、立地も最高です！ 無料の朝食はおいしく、とても満足しました！ また泊まりたい施設です。 スタッフの皆さん、ありがとうございました。"
