My family and I had a great stay at Otonomus Hotel and would definitely come back. The check-in process was incredibly easy and fully done through my phone, which made arrival smooth and stress-free. I really liked how everything is managed through their AI-powered app, it felt modern, efficient, and convenient. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious for the price. Speaking of price, the hotel is very affordable compared to others in Las Vegas, especially considering the quality you get. The staff were friendly, responsive, and genuinely accommodating whenever I needed help. The overall vibe was quiet and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day on the Strip. Overall, it’s a smart, hassle-free stay that delivers great value without sacrificing comfort.

Check in was not great. No opportunity for upgrades without huge surcharge. Our bathroom door did not shut, their fix was to put a hair elastic on the door knobs to keep it closed. The pool closes at 6pm so make a note of that. Housekeeping skipped our room two days in a row, we had no towels, guest services said it was my fault for not requesting. No where did it state we had to request cleaning. Part of the extra resort fees and actual room charges is daily Housekeeping. Point blank, she was rude. I will never stay here again.

Hotel was great, staff need training in customer service. I showed up at about 10 pm as that’s when my flight got in. They had given my room to someone else, and tried to justify it because check in is a 4…. It wasn’t a big deal until they tried blaming it on me. They checked me into the other hotel in the same building but it was a pan in the butt to move around while I was there only a short period of time.

Never saw or knew where breakfast was. Kinda lame such beautiful pools but closed by 6 and check in at 4.

We had a great stay! There were a few hiccups but they fixed them for us!!
