The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. Plenty of space in the bathrooms. Nothing super luxurious but it was a great stay for our budget!

Staff is nice and friendly, and the location is very convenient. Whether it is really clean... with bedsheets really fresh... not so sure. Soap was missing in both shower and sink area, and they promptly brought me... a half used Nivea Men shower gel bottle, and a small shampoo bottle from a random hotel. Well, all a bit improvised, but the staff was at least trying their best and I don't think it is their fault.

We had a wonderful stay. Excellent room for traveling with 3 adults, nice bathroom, excellent location (very close to the Christmas market, food, etc.). Only issue was the lift wasn't working so had to carry bags up 4 flights of stairs. And for mobility challenged people the stairs into the hotel, ...
