I only have one negative thing to say. The room I hab was quite humid with no option to ventilate, windows can't open. And aircon did not help to rectify. If that wouldn't have been the case I would give 5 stars. Having said that, I will definitely choose this hotel again next time viking Detroit as everything else was super.

Staff was friendly, but this hotel is old and need of a makeover. The bathrooms were so tiny. Housekeeping never came- so we called down on day 2 to ask for towels. They never came. We stopped by front desk and asked for towels to be sent up- they never came. We called again- no one answered. We tried to call and order room service- coffee for room- no one ever answered. The hotel is convenient to Q line and all things downtown, but not worth the price.

Check in staff not friendly, didn’t make eye contact and seemed bored. The hotel has a quiet time but we were awakened at 2:30 am and again at 6:00 am by very, very loud guests. Second night we could hear a party going on in a room a few doors down.
