Renovated Ocean-Front Apartment

Set high on the eighth floor you can take in glorious ocean and Currumbin Creek views as you enjoy afternoon cocktails and admire the whales and dolphins as they play just offshore.

The entire apartment has been beautifully renovated with the layout designed to draw you out to one of two covered balconies. There are two bedrooms on offer, both with built-in robes, plus two bathrooms including a master ensuite.

It is filled with gorgeous natural light and takes full advantage of the north-east aspect with large windows framing the stunning views. The kitchen is a great size and offers ample bench space, a breakfast bar and modern stainless steel appliances.

You have access to a lagoon-style pool, heated open-air spa, sauna, tennis court, gym, barbeque areas and even mini-golf. There is a single secure car space included and the apartment features lift-access.

Walk just a few steps down to the beach or enjoy a leisurely stroll to Palm Beach's famous cafes and restaurants. Shops are nearby and you're just 10 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport.
