This was a great property for our 2 week stay. It’s very close to Liverpool St Station and bus stops. There are several food options near by. If you like pub food at a reasonable price Hamilton Hall (Weatherspoons) is real close too. Staff were very helpful, laundry was easy to use, everything is available by request for the apartment so don’t be afraid to ask. Great stay and I would definitely stay again.

Attention to detail and high levels of service made this a stay to remember! Took excellent care of me and my family all week-cannot recommend enough! If Expedia had a 10 star system, I’d give them an 11!

Overall, the hotel was very nice; the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was good and my young daughter was very pleased with her complimentary teddy bear. However, I booked a twin studio and the room we got was what I would class as a double; 2 single beds joined together with one duvet. The room was described as 2 single beds and if I hadn't gone with my daughter, and instead went with a friend, for example, who wasn't keen to share a duvet, this would have been a problem. The room was also described as having things that were not available; for example, dressing gowns and toothbrushes and toothpaste. When I asked reception for a toothbrush, I was informed that they didn't supply them and I needed to buy from the vending machine. Apart from those things, I was very happy with the hotel and would visit there again.

Our stay at the Capital hotel was wonderful. Traveled with a 3yo toddler and my mom, which were their first time in London. Our room was the 1 bedroom. It was spacious and incredibly clean. The kitchen was well stocked and there’s even a washer and dryer. The location was fantastic as it was only a few steps from Harrods’ and the area was well located to get to all the attractions with the buses. Walking distance to the National and Science museums. We stayed for 4 nights and were very comfortable. Best of all were the staff. They were very accommodating especially with a toddler and assisted with every request. My daughter wanted olives at breakfast and they made her so happy with olives each morning. Or magically appeared with crayons and coloring books when she only mentioned it to me mere seconds before if she could color but I didn’t have any with us. The staff were really exceptional. Thank you for making our trip so special.

Amazing townhouse. Absolutely loved our stay and enjoyed walking to may local shops, restaurants, museums. Will be back!
