Rooms were fantastic. Nice, clean, modern and luxurious. As an American it helped with my transition having such a comfortable place to adjust.
The staff were tremendously helpful, friendly, yet professional.
The price is fantastic for the quality of stay, I was here for just about three weeks, and I’ll recommend JA hotel to anyone I know who comes through.
The location of the hotel is also great, located in an area that is very walkable, in a slightly more upscale area with a lot of resort style buildings.
There is an awesome rooftop pool and gym, and they have beer on site, making relaxing incredibly easy.
JA hotel is attached to JA cafe, and you get breakfast included. The cafe is open all day and serves fantastic coffee, tea and smoothies.
I was even impressed that the staff here majorities speak English! Rach Giá doesn’t get that many English speakers, so finding a place where I could communicate without translation apps was a huge help. Big thanks to Khanh for always going above and beyond with helping me, but I want to also mention all of the rest of the staff - I never had any problems that weren’t quickly resolved.
Oh! And the laundry service was fantastic. For foreigners, you WILL go through a lot of cloths because of how much you will sweat. Having fast laundry service I could rely on daily was fantastic.
