This was my second stay at this hotel and I find this hotel absolutely Amazing!!! From the amazing manager and his staff to the amazing rooms to the amazing breakfast to the amazing pool. The manager and staff are so helpful. If visiting Rach Gia this is definitely the hotel to stay at.

The manager and his staff were so helpful. Their recommendations for the places I wanted to visit were spot on. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms are so big and nice and the pool is fantastic. The cleaning staff do such a great job. Everyone was so helpful. The hotel is in a great location. This is now my go to hotel when I visit Rach Gia. This is my third stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing rooms, clean and beautiful. Breakfast is included and is delicious. We highly recomend Ja for anyone looking for a nice stay and a good view. Its also right across from the water! Lots to do.

Ja hotel is the best hotel in Rach Gia! We stayed here two times in different rooms. The bigger more expensive room was very beautiful. Great value for money! The beds are very comfortable. Pool was clean and big enough for swimming. The aquarium for the big fish at Ja Cafe is way too small for the poor fish.

Very impressed with JA Hotel! Rooms were fantastic. Nice, clean, modern and luxurious. As an American it helped with my transition having such a comfortable place to adjust. The staff were tremendously helpful, friendly, yet professional. The price is fantastic for the quality of stay, I was here for just about three weeks, and I’ll recommend JA hotel to anyone I know who comes through. The location of the hotel is also great, located in an area that is very walkable, in a slightly more upscale area with a lot of resort style buildings. There is an awesome rooftop pool and gym, and they have beer on site, making relaxing incredibly easy. JA hotel is attached to JA cafe, and you get breakfast included. The cafe is open all day and serves fantastic coffee, tea and smoothies. I was even impressed that the staff here majorities speak English! Rach Giá doesn’t get that many English speakers, so finding a place where I could communicate without translation apps was a huge help. Big thanks to Khanh for always going above and beyond with helping me, but I want to also mention all of the rest of the staff - I never had any problems that weren’t quickly resolved. Oh! And the laundry service was fantastic. For foreigners, you WILL go through a lot of cloths because of how much you will sweat. Having fast laundry service I could rely on daily was fantastic. Thanks again everyone!

During my three-night, four-day stay at this hotel, I experienced many issues. The first day was fine, but on the second day, I found two large cockroaches in the bathtub and shower area. Also, from the second day, the air conditioning stopped working. On the last night, it was so hot that I couldn't sleep, so I checked out at 11:30 PM and moved to another accommodation. I never want to go back there again.

I understand why this is the number one 1 hotel in Rach Gia. The staff and manager are so helpful and the rooms are so nice and big and fantastic. The pool is also very nice. Highly recommend this hotel.
