「I was given a room in a lower category than the one I paid for. According to the room description, it was supposed to include complimentary water, a safe, and ironing facilities. None of these were provided. The room was also smaller than stated in the description.」

「Labai geras viešbutis, turi baseiną. Labai mandagus aptarnavimas.」

「Our family really enjoyed the stay - the mini zoo, pool, playroom, playground and watching people horseback ride were all crowd pleasers with our 2 year old. The nearby fields provided deer sighting! The restaurant was overall very good but service at times slow.」

「Very nice place in a quiet area, next to the wood, clean room + great quality breakfast. Great value for money.」

「It’s our tenth time at this hotel but by far it was the worst of all. We asked the staff to prepare a birthday message for our child, as they had done so before, but they ignored our request. Honestly year by year it’s getting g worse. Last year the staff forgot we ordered a birthday cake and we had to wait for it. This year, we skipped the cake as it was a disappointment last year and asked for a card, we got nothing.」

「Ottimo hotel con tante comodita’」

「Went here with my wife and 2 kids. Had some problem getting hold of the staff to get the cabin, had to wait for 40 minutes until the staff wrote the code to me. While we were waiting the kids played with the outdoor toys, which they enjoyed. The stay it self was. But after our first night some animals had rummaged through the garbage and it had'nt been cleaned up we when left.」

「空港目の前でとても良かった」

「Updated hotel which includes modern rooms and older general areas. Restaurant food and breakfast ok but not excellent. Front desk not very helpful when we asked how to dial outside from the room phone. We had foreign phone number and we wanted to use room phone for local calls.」
