Perfect hotel for the purpose of our stay - visiting family. Good breakfast buffet, staff friendly and helpful. Room service avaliable ONLY when specifically requested at reception. We stayed for five nights and asked for fresh towels etc at reception after we realised that there is no room service provided. This is not a problem once you are aware of this. But mayybe a note in each room to let guests know about this could be helpful. Otherwise all good!

Conosco questo hotel da tanti anni e ogni volta che torno trovo un peggioramento Questa ultima volta sono rimasto due notti e non dopo la prima notte non hanno fatto la pulizia della stanza e neanche rifatto il letto ... pessimo servizio e inoltre il materasso è morbido e cosa peggiore mettono la tela cerata come si mette ai bambini che fanno pipi a letto .... Orribile

Nice stay

The hotel was very clean, but the furnishings were a bit dated. The staff was wonderful and friendly. I had an issue with the air conditioner, as it was impossible to control it from the room.

Almost ok hotel

The first panic was to find the hotel - our navigator got us near Warszawa in the middle of the rush hour; and next, when we actually found the hotel, the exit was blocked with construction workers. But the lady at the reception was very polite and helpful and our room was also a good size for three of us - so the accommodation was ok for a one night stay. Due to the corona restriction, the breakfast was a bit confusing.

Bra hotell till bra pris i Warszawa

Bra standard och mycket trevlig personal. Daglig ranson med två flaskor vatten ingår och på julafton fick vi en god mjukpepparkaka som räckte ett par dagar. God service vid frukost (för 120 kr). Det finns intressant shopping i närheten, Designers Outlet, med välkända märkeskläder och accessoarer. Taxi in till Warszawas centrum tar cirka 25 min och kostar från 36 till 55 zloty beroende på val av bil. Vi beställer alltid via Uber eller FreeNow’s app. Den senare kopplad till de traditionella taxibolagen. Skillnaden är att i FreeNow måste du bekräfta (signera) resan innan du lämnar bilen, medan du i Uber bara kliver ur och säger tack och hej. I båda apparna kan du lägga till dricks efter avslutad resa.

Location location location

This hotel is very close to my customer and comfortable enough for a short stay. If you want to go out looking for shops and restaurants it is not in the best location, but there is a shopping centre quite near.

Nice stay after long flight!

Was a convenient hotel location if you'll be traveling south out of the Warsaw Airport. Room was good and restaurant had solid food or just a buffet.
