「I stayed 1 week. Was gone for day 3&4 and no housekeeping services were attempted while I was gone. The hotel kept charging my cc 0.1 cent repeatedly and my employer pays for my lodging so ended up locking my cc because of these charges as they looked suspicious. Front desk was barely any help. Then checked out and got charged again 0.1 cent a whole day after check out.」

「Beautiful property and excellent staff!! The room was amazing and had everything I needed. Super clean and spacious! Felt very comfortable staying here. Only downside was the announcements you could hear from the hot springs below my specific room.」

「Unknown to me upon arrival there was remodeling in progress, pounding, banging and far from relaxing. The staff charged my card twice then cancelled the charge which resulted in my bank putting a hold on my card for days. I’ve since received a call at 9am telling me they would debit a second card on file if I didn’t call by 6pm the same day, however, they took it upon themselves to debit the wrong card by 9:41am not allowing me the time to get to my bank and have a new card printed since my bank...

「It was a clean, basic room. There was spit on the mirror but it was a big mirror so we looked at the other end.」

「Had a lot of issues with the key cards and readers - was never sure if I was going to get into my room without help from the front desk person. No breakfast - but there was coffee. Dim CFL room lighting. But it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nearby level 2EV charging - a short walk.」
