"I love coming here but it was under construction and all the construction men's were acting inappropriately and not only that they brought all their family so everything was just completely full of the pools were full the hot tubs were full they were acting inappropriate every time you walk by they would whistle and there was so so many of them with all their family it really ruined our stay and I love it here this is my favorite place to come but the people doing the construction in the parking lot completely ruined it for our vacation not only that there was makeup brushes where our bed was there was gummy bear candies left on the floor in the living room and there was a drop of period blood on the toilet it's really sad because I love it here but with those things that ruin my vacation"

"On my first night there the phone started ringing in the room at 12 o’clock midnight. It rang over six times between midnight and 430. I did call the office at 2:30 and got the answering service. At 4:30 I finally realized I should unplug the phone. I spoke to the office on Saturday morning and was told that it had happened once before. I spoke to the office this morning when I was checking out and said that no one from management had called me on my cell phone. She said that they were aware and that it had happened a week prior in my room. I love staying there and I generally come once a month now, but I was very disturbed. That management did not even acknowledge that 4 1/2 hours of my sleep were disturbed. "

"The property was beautiful, stayed a night in cottage - 24, it has 2 queen beds a comfortable couch and sitting chair , coffee table and 4 chair and table dinette. The cottage has plenty of room, 2 flat screen tvs, heater and air worked great! Nice grounds to walk around and friendly staff. Close to town for restaurants. Excellent choice for a stay in Clearlake !"

"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Vic was so nice and made sure I had anything I needed for my overnight. Conviently located next to the Happy Garden restaurant (Chinese/thai fusion) that was great! Also right across from the harbor for easy access to boating."

"There were pubic hairs in the shower bottom, along with long curly head hair wrapped around the shower faucet. The room was dark, and I was still able to see that it had been a long time since someone dusted or looked at the top of the curtains. The cobwebs appeared to have been there for a very long time. "

"Loved the view and fenced in dock. It was comfortable and great for our dog to get to sit outside safely. If it was not raining, we would have sat outside every chance possible. But we enjoyed the view indoors too! We also loved how little light pollution there was so we cold enjoy the stars at night. Want a quiet and peaceful place to stay? This is the place for you!"
