Wonderful accommodations from service to facilitie

The accomodations were above our expectations. Facility was clean and peaceful. Front Desk clerk was very helpful and polite.

Nice enough, right on the lake with pier access and a pool. I missed the amenity of a hair dryer.

The owners of the property are the sweetest people in the world.This was my second time of staying there. I was looking for a place for my mother and I wouldn't have chosen any other place for her at this place. They make you feel like family and said if she needed anything.Since you would be there alone, just to let them know.They are awesome and the place is wonderful

The owner of the hotel checked me in and she was absolutely wonderful. I asked that I could have one of the quietest rooms. Because I was a light sleeper. And she tried to accommodate me the best she could. The room was clean and neat and it was quiet. Nice day and I would definitely return thank you

The room was very nice and clean. However, the lack of bedside lamps was a huge disappointment! Having only the very bright overhead lights is awful. And secondly, the blanket on the bed was almost as thin as the sheet- I had to spread my fuzzy jacket over my legs and feet. These are cheap, easy fixes.

Nice location, large dock over the lake which we used in the day and at night; plenty of room for parking. Clean rooms, had everything we needed: Soap, coffee maker microwave, fridge, hair dryer, several TV channels to choose from. Two garbage bins - which is a big deal for me! The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars was the situation for ice. The room with the ice machine must have been 90 degrees and despite pushing the button for 5 solid minutes, could barely fill the bottom of the ice bucket. We only stayed a short time and were busy with visiting and activities.....did not have a chance to report this to hotel staff. Would definitely recommend this for short stays.

For the price I am very pleased with what this location offered. I think it was a little under $100 per night. I wanted a lake view and you can definitely see the lake as you pull up to the property. There is a pier you can access as well if you want to look at the scenery and the lake. The staff was helpful although I only spoke to them when checking in and checking out. My biggest gripe is how dirty the place was. We had three flies in our room the moment we walked in. There's a picnic area and it's also where people let their dogs out to pee/poop. The poop hadn't been picked up in so long that it was growing fungus... If that doesn't bother you too much and you need to save some money, this isn't a bad place.

Clear Lake trip

The place was great. The pool was cool love it. They have a long pier so you can join Sunset the only inconvenience was mosquitoes overnight, and the room smelled too much to Fabuloso cleaner.

The bed linens were full of stains from someone else’s bodily fluids. The floors and walls needed maintenance. The room smelled terrible like roach spray. When I left all of my clothes, smelled like the room.

I was impressed with the check-in process. Came early & was able to get our room early. I believe that this property is being used by the government to houses the low income & homeless. Our neighbor was fighting several times while made us uncomfortable. This place did have a nice fishing pier.
