「House is just as described. Location is good for those traveling between Bryce and Zion, in a quiet area. Kitchen is well equipped for those who want to cook at home. Beds are comfortable. Entertainment area upstairs with a pool table, games with nice outdoor patio. The large hot tub off the kitchen downstairs is also great after a long day hiking. 「It is large and clean. 4 bedrooms plus an upstairs loft with sofas. There is a grill and firepit. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher (which didn't work when we were there). The yard is small and on a busy street, and there is a storage building outside which was not secured, so it would not be suitable for children to be outside on their own. The landscaping on the front is overgrown, so the street number is not visible on...
