  • The Cowboys Sunset Retreat is a gorgeous new home. Everything inside celebrates the American west - Beautiful locally made log furniture and railing - bathroom vanity made from a used wine barrel - reclaimed horseshoes set into the stone in the showers (& yes we ride the horses the shoes came from) stunning sunset photography of my Cowboy, me & our 5 little cowgirls (they are our top Ranch hands!) - oil lamp replicas throughout the home. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances & granite countertops. Come relax with us as you enjoy Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon & the Grand Canyon.

It was nice to be able to do a load of laundry, have necessities for cooking breakfast, and plenty of room for our family of 5. The ice maker in the fridge was a plus for the hot weather. Also, relaxing drive to Bryce Canyon. Lots of extras that made our stay a joy. Thank you.

It is large and clean. 4 bedrooms plus an upstairs loft with sofas. There is a grill and firepit. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher (which didn't work when we were there). The yard is small and on a busy street, and there is a storage building outside which was not secured, so it would not be suitable for children to be outside on their own. The landscaping on the front is overgrown, so the street number is not visible on the house. The directions were accurate and the house next door had a number, so we were able to find it. It is under an hour drive to the Zion visitor's center and a little over an hour to Bryce, so is a good place to stay if you are seeing both places and don't want to change hotels.

Great Location and Great Value

We enjoyed our stay for our group of five adults. Very comfortable, plenty of room and the location was awesome for visiting both Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks.

Perfect location

This cute cabin was perfectly located between all of our stops, Zion NP, Bryce Canyon and Page, AZ. The cabin is well stocked with everything you need. Loved our stay!!

Such a perfect place to stay when visiting Southern UT! We skipped the crowds of the west side of Zion National Park and enjoyed Bryce Canyon and Kanab while staying in a cozy, family friendly home. We had family ranging from a 3 year old to an eighty-two year old and everyone enjoyed their stay. The hosts were very accommodating and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was great having a nice little grocery store within walking distance, too.

Perfect Zion Area Stay!

This house was perfect to access Zion, Bryce, Cedar Breaks and we were able to get to the north rim of the Grand Canyon as well. The house was super clean and had a ton of character. We would definitely stay here again!

A nice space

We were In town for a wedding and this house worked great. It is also a good location to visit Zion, Bryce and the Coral Sand Dunes. Check in was easy.

Nice lil getaway

Very clean. Great place to stay if you’re looking to see Zion,Bryce Canyon. And Coral Pink Sand Dudes is nearby. Definitely enjoyed our stay for a several nights. Would stay here again

Adorable Home

My family really enjoyed staying here and it was essential to our trip. We visited both Zion & Bryce and it was conveniently located between both. We enjoyed every evening as a family in the home. Had everything we needed and contact with the owner was easy.

Clean and Comfy

A great stay with some friends while visiting the National parks. We did a lot of hiking over the few days, and the house was a perfect place to rest our heads at night. The house was well equipped with linens and kitchen appliances, would absolutely stay again when in the area!

Amazing visit

Our group of 6 had plenty of room, the place was spotless, the best stocked vrbo we have stayed. Coffee shop down the street is fantastic. Close to Bryce, Grand Canyon, and Zion. The owners could not have been nicer, very good communication. Would stay again tomorrow!

The Sunset Cowboy Retreat was a perfect spot if you want to visit two National Parks, ideally located between Bryce and Zion. The house was very clean and had all of the amenities that you would need for your visit. The house was a very comfortable place to relax at the end of a long day of hiking the trails of the parks.

Short but enjoyable

Very nice house, clean, very comfortable beds, well decorated. I would stay there again. Only one small complaint, it was only 55 degrees in the house when we arrived and it took a couple hours to warm up.

A brief getaway from Sin City

Cabin like atmosphere at its best! A great home to rekindle for my family. Great getaway and much needed peace and quiet.Certainly felt the warmth and comfort, but overall the sharing a beautiful tale of sharing wonderful and cozy home.
