「Staff were super helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable and room was clean except that the fridge had not been cleaned out from last guest. Didn't like the shower..no biggie. Towels were nice and plush.We ate in restaurant food was so so nice staff and good service. Nothing felt spa like but price was reasonable.」

「Very disappointed. No working TV or internet. Also, they charge a $50 per pet per night fee which I find ridiculously high. I was in town for a funeral and needed internet access to upload photos for the memorial service. I had to get up at 5 am to drive to get internet signal to ensure the photos were received timely for the service. My child could not even watch TV or play on the iPad to be entertained during the time I was making plans for the service. It made an already difficult time...

「We checked in. Walking into the room there is a strong odor. There is no soap, towels, toilet paper and I look at the beds… they are rumpled and there are pillow cases missing. There’s also pee in the toilet.I passed a woman on the way to the desk and she gave me a number for “Ila” to text who is the manager. I texted-no answer. I walked to the desk and wait for about 5-10 minutes and then go into the restaurant where I learned Ila is who checked me in. I explain what happened and asked for her...
