I think TI is one of the older properties in Las Vegas, and perhaps not as popular. Room was good, although our "strip view" was largely blocked by the new Hard Rock "guitar" they are building. Pool was very nice. Food venues were expensive, but I guess that's expected these days in Vegas. No coffee machine in the room, and Krispy Kream and Popeye's were closed. We did get coffee and donuts at the little gift/snack shop near the parking garage. The Venetian across the way had way more in the way of food options, but it was too far to walk for my companion.

I last stayed in The Venetian 13 years ago, and thought then it was the best hotel I'd ever stayed at. I took 11 friends with me for my belated 50th birthday this time, and it's still the best hotel any of us have ever seen, and there was a lot of experienced world travellers in the group. The rooms (and the hotel itself) have magnificent decor, and are extremely spacious and meticulously clean. The hotel and casino facilities are excellent, and of course, the grand canal is something else… and yes, I have been to Venice. Obviously, it’s not cheap to wine and dine in the hotel itself, and if you’re on the 28th floor in the North Tower, you can be waiting on an elevator for a while, but this is a Vegas must-see and stay.

Well, it's a 5 stars hotel for a reason. Room was really large and nice with a great view on LV. We enjoyed the Shim Lin show right within the hotel premises. Not disappointed.

I felt this hotel was just average not really luxury I've stayed in Marriott hotels that were a lot fancier was not happy about the $400 hold on my credit card for what the room I had had hair on the floor hair in the shower and the hot water didn't work if you look around there is a lot of dust like no heavy cleaning is done those Dusty boxes of snacks that they are trying to charge you for is ridiculous if you have a kid in a room and they accidentally knock it off that sensor and it takes you more than 30 seconds to put it back they're going to charge you.

Great hotel for a reasonable price!
