The photos prominently feature the beach, and the description states that the property is "just steps from Kelso Beach." While the property is near the lake, there is no direct beach access from the home. 「Very nice quiet place ... Cozy」

「This duplex was perfect for our family vacation in Erie. The house was charming, cozy, and clean. We were thrilled with how close it was to all our favorite Erie attractions (especially Presque Isle). Sarah was excellent with communication before, during, and after our stay. We would stay here again!」

「will not stay here again. One of the bedrooms we could not use because mattress was so bad and old. Another one needed replacing. Patio was full of mosquito and couldn't use. (100's of them, couldn't even open door.)」

Also, the basement with the twin beds is not connected internally to the rest of the house (you have to go outside via the stairs to the back deck). Owner was very responsive to issues as they arose. 」
