「This was my 4th visit to The Block. I love this place, with one exception, during my last 2 visits I have encounter front desk staff that seem unengaged with guests. When I interacted with the front desk I encountered blank stares and curt responses to any inquires vs. the enthusiastic, engaged staff that was previously common. 」

「Parking with a truck and snowmobile trailer was horrible. I called the hotel in advance before booking and asked about parking. I was told they have bus and truck.trailer parking on site. This was NOT true! The lot is small and there were 10 abandoned cars also taking up spots making matters worse. If the person would have tols the truth I would never have stayed here!
