気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
The room was so gross! There were several toe nail clippings in the bathroom more than one persons worth and multiple fist sized stains of an unknown substance on the bed. We asked for the room to be cleaned and specified about the stains and toe nail clippings. We came later that day to the room being “tidy up”, The bed was made but the bed continued to have stains and looked unwashed, and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all the toe nail clippings were still scattered across the floor. We went downstairs where they gave us another room to accommodate us, But that rooms bed under the top blankets had a bunch of people hair in it. We decided to go to a different hotel hoping to find a clean place to sleep. We were denied a refund for the night that we didn’t even stay. The hotel being so expensive does not live up to the standards portrayed. I would strongly recommend choosing a different hotel. We went to The Block hotel which is less than a mile down the road and priced similarly but the rooms were greatly cleaner and staff was very pleasant, I would strongly recommend them over this hotel.
