"The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. When I mentioned a stained comforter, they swapped it without any fuss, which was appreciated. That said, the rooms felt a bit dated, and I noticed another comforter later that also had stains, which we just didn’t use. The service was solid, but attention to cleanliness could definitely be improved. The pool area was decent and overall we enjoyed our stay."

"The pool and hot tub area were really nice! Best part of the hotel. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable! The walls were extremely thin as we were woken up after 11pm with the family next door yelling at each other and slamming doors. Not a great place to stay of you want quiet. The continental breakfast was to be served between 6am-10am. We arrived at 7:30am and there food that was already out was cold and staff had not yet put out everything. It was dissapointing."

"The staff and especially Stacey, were very accommodating and wonderful during our unplanned stay in Grand Forks. Gave us shopping, restaurant and activities ideas that were in walking and biking distance while we were waiting for our vehicle to be repaired. Smaller hotel so can get more personalized treatment. Hot tub was the right temperature but the pool was a little on the cool side. Room was very clean and tidy and spacious, thank you Stacy! Breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks to choose from both hot and cold. Would definitely recommend."
