Wonderful place to stay!

The home and accommodations is fantastic! One of the best VRBOs I have ever stayed in. The rental was very clean, comfortable furniture and they thought of everything a traveler may need. I highly recommend this rental and would stay here again.

Hockey weekend!

Great place to stay in Grand Forks

Great option for staying in Grand Forks. Lovely place with plenty of room, nice amenities, large garage, cozy screened in patio area (screens can be raised), and quiet neighbors. Looking forward to staying again on my next visit.

The best I’ve ever stayed in!

This is by far the best Vrbo I have ever stayed in. Had everything in it you could think of and some! The house was spotless and was perfect walking distance to the Alerus Center. Will be staying here again for sure next time we go to Grand Forks!

What a gorgeous condo! Cozy, comfy, and very well appointed! This Hass to be, literally, the best place to stay in Grand Forks! We will rebook when we come to visit again in the summer!

Fabulous stay for the family

This townhome is even larger than the pictures make it look. Plenty of room for our family of four. Nice and quiet place conveniently located near the Alerus Center. The unit was well provisioned with everything you can imagine

So much better than a hotel room!

Stayed at this property for a concert at Alerus Center and it was perfect for two couples. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus the outdoor patio with a fire pit and two leather sectional recliners to relax on, there was lots of room to spread out and still be together. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities of home and none of the hassle!

This place was perfect, great location! The only complaint I would have is that GPS doesn't get you there. We had to stop and ask where this location was, and the lady that helped us said it wasn't the first time someone had ask her about location. I'm guessing because they are new! We will definitely stay there again!

Great getaway!

Interacting with the host via email and phone was extremely easy. The host was very communicative and timely in the responses. The facility itself was just beautiful. A great place to get away and relax. My daughter and I used it as a gift to ourselves for graduation, and an opportunity to refresh, our souls. I cannot recommend this VRBO enough!

Grand Forks Gem

Exceptionally clean, & well appointed, very comfortable 2 bedroom new condo. Close to (driving distance) to shopping & restaurants. Was generally very quiet (other than upstairs Unit w/ occasional barking dog during the day). Very nice open Kitchen & dining. Large screened in fairly private porch w/ gas fire pit , a lovely place to be outside during nice weather. This VRBO met all our needs/goals for a wonderful stay while visiting local family - We had a 5 star stay ✅ Would rent it again in a heartbeat ♡

Superb for families!

This unit is stellar - well-equipped, clean, and new. Location is close to campus, and two heated parking spots in private garage make this an exceptional find. The unit has higher end kitchen appliances and amenities, and a washer/dryer unit in the second bathroom. Our home bound flight was cancelled unexpectedly, and the management was accommodating and helpful in extending our stay by a few hours to allow us to make alternate flight arrangements. We will definitely return to this rental again in the future!!
