200' Waterfront classic home ~ AC on a Private Raft Island

We welcome you to our beach house, which has been in the family since inception of Raft Island in the 1960's It is a place our family has enjoyed our Summers creating priceless memories and we are excited to share it with your family now as well!

Our home is spacious and offers many opportunities for your guests to spread out.

When entering the home you’ll be greeted by a cozy living room with breathtaking views of the Puget Sound & Olympic mountain range. Plenty of seating for game nights, a Smart TV with HULU, Amazon, Netlfix ready to watch and a piano, all affording endless entertainment throughout your stay!

The Kitchen and dining area are located on the main floor as well, with full views throughout every corner of the living space. All the essentials for a home cooked meal provided with indoor / outdoor dining seat areas to choose from!

Whether it be the sound of the sea, fresh air or plush bedding -I promise, you won't have a better night sleep than here! Two bedrooms located on this main level, the Master entails a King bed, 55 inch Smart TV, full bath ensuite and unobstructed Bay views!
With a second bedroom at the opposite end of the hall, offering a Queen bed and full hallway/common bathroom.

Heading downstairs, You will find there is an additional 3/4 bath off the washer/dryer mudroom with 3rd Queen bedroom, and still - inspiring sound views! You can venture out the mudroom to the Bay as you pass the outdoor shower

Outside the many patio doors there is a deck with comfy lounge furniture and ground level, grass yard leading to the sandy beach with chairs and an outside shower!
