「Great little house on a perfect location」

「The property was as listed. We appreciated the amenities provided. 」

「Great location, very clean, and the host was very responsive!」

「Parking situation good, just a half block away that covered one car, then for a second car 15/day which wasn’t bad. Overall comfortable but the pullout couch not so much. A stair banister would have been much appreciated and safer. Also more bedside tables for phones, glasses etc.」

「Clean, fully equipped and great walkable access to downtown. Off street parking in rear of building. Hosts very communicative and some nice touches of gift bags and snacks waiting for us to arrive. Very thoughtfully and made for a welcoming stay.」

「They are texting me and asking me for pay again. Second time I stayed and second time this happened. The first time they found my payment before I had to help figure out what happened and now they are doing the same thing. It’s a very weird thing for me to book on Expedia and then have the host hound me for payment after I leave. Now the second time they are asking for proof of payment again. It’s a horrible way to conduct business」

「The property veiws are outstanding. The upper bedroom that lead to the deck has an outstanding view from inside the bedroom as well as sitting on the deck viewing the Marly creek water way. From the deck, I've watched birds of prey dive in and out of Marly creek catching fish. Iv'e also seen other wildlife such as a family of geese, ducks and also a rabbit that lives on the property. Probably thinks its a pet. Spectacular and relaxing to watch. Victor has included a Trampoline, swing,...

「The host was very responsive to questions and very easy to communicate with. The house was amazing and so close to downtown. Would definitely stay again!」

「This is the place in Annapolis! If it’s available, grab it . Its location and beautiful neighborhood is amazing. The house is lovely.」

「Great property. Exactly as described.」
