"This home was absolutely perfect!! I can’t say enough nice things about it. To start, the host and property manager were very communicative, making for a smooth check in after a long day. The house was incredibly clean and pristine looking, even better than the photos! The kitchen was very well equipped with any equipment needed to cook and enjoy a meal as you watched the sunset! The bedrooms were comfortable and charming making for a great resting spot after a day of snorkeling and spending time in the sun. The property also has great convenience in terms of location to downtown Cruz Bay for shopping, dining, and getting anything you need for your stay. I would 10/10 recommend and look forward to returning. "

"What a great house for a group! Everyone was so comfortable. We had a great place to gather. Loved the balcony for coffee in the morning and star watching at night. Really loved having large bedrooms with our own bathrooms. The just was responsive. Nice stay!"

"Wonderful place to stay. The large pool area has some of the best views on the island. We were there in late January, and sunsets were directly across Great Cruz Bay as pictured in the VRBO photos. (In the summer, sunsets are likely further to the north.). The house itself is great. Two large bedrooms are in a second building just steps from the main building which has a kitchen, a dining area, a large living area and a loft bedroom. There is also a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and plenty of supplies like yoga mats, snorkel gear and beach chairs. We couldn't have been happier. The owners were in contact with us and were friendly and helpful. The people from the property management company were friendly and efficient. Everything went like clockwork. Everyone in our party agreed, if we come pack to St Johhs, we'll stay a Cloud Nine again."
