"very spacious room -but its little older property so no upgrades with phone USB outlets. great buffet breakfast options. lovely view from front of building, but hotel is on a hill so walking up to the hotel could be an issue for some."

"First, the staff is amazing - every person we came across in our 7 day stay was friendly, helpful and downright cheerful. The front desk staff at checkin and out were great. We made a lot of friends at ThreeSixty, the restaurant and bar where everyone was so helpful with suggestions and ideas for what we could do - Thanks Martin, Izzy, Josefina, Hannah, and our friends from Mexico - you guys are the best! Second, the location is absolutely unbeatable. There are 30 restaurants within a 5 minute walk, as are all the lakefront amenities, great shopping, great everything. The Gondola was a 10 minute walk... it really couldn't be more convenient if you plan to do any exploring. The room was fine, the bed was comfortable and waking up the the lakeviews was spectacular. Even got to use the small gym a couple of times. This was our first trip to NZ and Queenstown, but we will definitely be back."

I should correct my previous comments, the hotel does provide connection from mobile phone to TV by GoogleCast providing necessary access to your own YouTube and streaming (the hotel provides only regular local TV channels)."
