「Everything and every staff member I encountered was top notch….except for the beds! The most uncomfortable mattress I think I have ever slept on at a nicer hotel. I’ve slept on better in motels along the 95 corridor but don’t let that stop you from staying at Hyatt Place ESPECIALLY if you get a corner oceanfront room.
